In the summer of 2010, Dr. Kyle A. Smits joined his father, Dr. Paul Smits, in providing quality, professional dental care to the West Seattle neighborhood. The younger Dr. Smits returned to the northwest after graduating from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he was a member of the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society and the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, and received the International Congress of Oral Implantologists' award for implant dentistry as a pre-doctoral student. Prior to attending dental school, Kyle received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Georgetown University in Washington, DC where he was also a member of Georgetown's highly ranked NCAA division I cross country and track and field teams. Dr. Kyle Smits lives in Seattle with his wife and young daughter and in his spare time enjoys running, skiing, and the outdoors.

Dr. Paul K. Smits has been serving the dental needs of the Seattle area for many years. He grew up in Aberdeen, Washington where his father practiced dentistry. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Smits served as a Captain in the United States Army for 2 years at Fort Richardson, Alaska followed by 2 years in the U.S. Army Reserves in Seattle. Dr. Smits and his wife continue to live in the Seattle area where they raised three sons and now have two grandchildren. In his spare time, Dr. Smits enjoys downhill skiing, the outdoors, and photography.
